Aggretsuko!

chimney_swiftI just finished watching Aggretsuko on Netflix, and while I don't think it necessitates a full Three Things, I wanted to share what I thought!
Aggretsuko follows a red panda named Retsuko as she navigates her rather typical life. She's a Sanrio character, and you may be familiar with her from the little YouTube shorts they made with her a while back. Here's the trailer for the Netflix show:
This show is great. The animation is simple and well-executed. The voices (I watched the subbed version) are perfect. And the story, while a little trite and a little moralizing, is charming. The characters are interesting and manage to come across as more than just one-dimensional. My favorite by far was Fenneko, the dry, cynical Fennec Fox.
And it's short! Each episode is only 15 minutes long and there are ten of them. I'd say if you're looking for something easy to distract yourself with, there are way worse ways to spend your time than watching Aggretsuko.
